Development of text, illustration and layout of gardening book for children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is inspirerede by my time teaching nature activities in a school garden. My observations and insight informed the development of the book and was influenced by informal interviews with teachers and students. Through my research I identified a need to visualize all the details of gardening and make all tasks simple for kids to understand the process from seed to vegetables. Therefore everything is visualized in detail and the illustrations closely communicates with the text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The book is aimed for both a school context and families that want to learn the basics of gardening focused on vegetable growing. In the book you can learn about planing a garden, sowing, watering, compost and caring of plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
